How do I pay for my parking?

You pay for your parking when you are ready to leave by typing your License Plate Number into the pay station on Red Level of the Hospital carpark or Level 1 of the Health Plaza and pay the amount displayed with cash/coin or card, alternatively you can pay with credit card ONLY at the exit of the carpark.

Do I need a ticket or receipt?

This system is run by license plate recognition, so you will not need a ticket when entering or a receipt or ticket to exit.

What if I can't find a park?

You are given 15 minutes to look for a park and in which case if you can’t find one you’re able to exit at no charge.

Permanent Parking FAQs

How do I sign up for a parking account?

Click on permanent parking, then at the bottom of the page click on register and follow the prompts.

Who can set up a parking account?

Anyone can sign up a permanent parking account.

How much is parking?

Permanent parking costs $5 a day.

Can I open a parking account without a credit card?

No, you must use a credit card when opening a account.  Alternatively you can pick up a load and go visa card from any post office.

I have set up a parking account, but the gate won't open?

You will need to log onto your parking account and check that all your details in the system are correct, that you have put your number plate into the parking account correctly and you have checked there is sufficient funds on the account. If you cannot find any issue please fill out a request form and someone will get in touch with you within 2 working days.

What do I do when my credit card expires?

You will need to log into your parking account and add your new credit card details.  Even though it is the date that expires, all credit card details will need updating.

How do I change my LPN or add a new LPN to my account?

To change LPN’s or to add a new LPN to your parking account simply log into your account and click on Account Settings and then click on Manage Cars.
*Max of 3 LPN per account

How do I generate a statement for my parking account?

Log onto your parking account click on Reports, select Account Statement. Select the dates you need and generate. It will open as a PDF.
