Car Parking accounts are a reliable, easy and cost-effective way to park which are particularly handy for ‘everyday’ or regular parkers.
An Account Holder is eligible for $5 per day parking rate. Anyone can sign up to receive this rate.
To Sign Up:
- Click on ‘Account Login/Sign Up’ and click ‘Sign Up’.
- Follow the prompts starting at ‘Personal Details’. The fields with a red asterisk (*) must be completed before you can continue to set up your account.
- You will need a debit/credit card to hold a repeat parker account.
- The email address you allocate to the account will be used to communicate with you about car parking, your account information. It is important to keep up to date with this
Maintaining your account:
All communications about your account status will be directed to the email you open your account with. It is important to check this regularly.
An active credit card is required at all times for an active car park account. Even if you receive a replacement card with the same card details, your expiry date is different. You will need to re-enter the entire card with new expiry date to bring your account back up to date.
Closing your account:
To close your account, log in to your account and click on ‘Close Account’ the system will prompt you. A refund of remaining account balance will be auto-refunded to your credit card.
